Qualification & Experience

  • My Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling is MBACP accredited.

  • I have BA Honours Degree in English Literature and Media

  • I am an Accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

  • A Humanistic and person-centred approach is at the core of my practice.

  • When it comes to my corporate therapy work, I have worked as a senior executive at leading UK broadcasters including BBC, C4 and C5 and this has given me useful experience of people working with organisational dynamics. 

  • I have worked with many Independent production companies.

  • I am consistent about my continuous professional development (CPD).  Recently, this has been focused on working with neurodiversity, anxiety and breath work.

  • I currently partner with the mentorship social enterprise, Creative Access and run guidance sessions for their mentors across many sectors including TV, publishing and advertising.
